Times Passion Trails (TPT) is a unique program which will take you a step closer to actualising your passions. ‘Live What You Love’ is the philosophy on which this program is based. So be it photography, cooking, cycling, music or anything that you always wanted to pursue but never had time for, we have an opportunity for you in the form of a ‘money can?t buy experience’. We will help you pursue your passion and experience life to the fullest.
Each trail in the program is designed around a ‘Passion’ and has been curated by an ‘Experience Architect’. It gives you an opportunity to live your passion while exploring some of the most intriguing places in the world. In the past, photography enthusiasts have had a chance to take underwater photography lessons in Andamans from Sumer Verma, Trekking enthusiasts have explored the Western Ghats with Hashmat Singh, etc.
Taking the baton forward from last year, this year we are back with more trails and more passions to actualise. This year you get to select from six passions – Food, Cycling, Photography, Wellness, Heritage and Music. Regular Trails: These trails happen over a period of 4-10 days and gives you an opportunity to travel with an Experience Architect and other experts, thereby giving you an opportunity to learn from their experience and knowledge. Short Trails: These are a truncated version of the regular trail, offering similar experience right in your city. These trails bring you closer to your passions over a shorter span of time.
Experience Architects are experts in the same passion genre as the trail who will curate the entire experience for you.
Regular Trails: The trail registration is open to all above the age of 18 years, however only limited handpicked passionate individuals will get an opportunity to be a part of it. The entire group along with the expert will then commence on a ‘once in a lifetime’ journey to explore and live their passion! Short Trails: The trail registration is open to all above the age of 18 years. With only limited slots available for every short trail, registration is on a first come first serve basis. After signing up on the website, the users can join us on the trail.
As there is no count of ‘Passions’ people pursue, so there is no count of the trails that we have to offer. Times Passion Trails will have a series of trails curated by Experts, built around the idea of letting you pursue your ‘passion’. However this year we have introduced 1 new genre and will be bringing more trails to you. You can pre-register for your favourite trails, join our communities/tribes on social media and remain posted on the latest updates.
You are free to register for as many trails as you like, but final participation is based on the selection criteria on which the participants are evaluated by the experts.

The cost mentioned for the trail includes the below:

  • Accommodation on Twin sharing basis
  • All meals from the start date till the last date
  • Local transport between destinations via A/c Coach, Train or Flight as per the trail
  • Entrance fee at monuments and heritage sites

The cost mentioned for the trail does not includes the below:

  • Any personal expenses (during the trail or at the hotel/place of stay)
  • Travel to and from the trail start and end destinations

Payment Information

Once registered, the My Passions section on the website will have all the status updates about the payments made by you. Also you will receive a text message on your registered mobile phone number confirming your payment. If you get selected, you will get a confirmation message on the notification panel as well. The final list of the participants will be announced on our website and social media platforms.

If you wish to cancel/ withdraw your selection at any time for any registered trail, you need to send an e-mail to our team at info@timespassiontrails.com.
The cancellation charges (per person) applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

  1. 20 days or more before departure: 10% of total cost
  2. 19 – 10 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  3. 10 – 5 days before departure: 75% of total cost
  4. Less than 5 days before departure: 100% of total cost
  5. Since short trails are on a first come first serve basis, the trail participation fee is non-refundable.

Selection Criteria

Process To Apply:

  1. Signup on the website with your email address or with your social properties (Facebook or Google)
  2. Proceed to the ‘My Profile’ page and complete your profile. Next, choose your ‘Passions’ from the list displayed.
  3. All relevant trails would then populated to you basis your selected preference.
  4. You can also navigate on the website by visiting various ‘Passion’ pages from the bottom navigation bar. Each passion page then displays the list of trails on offer.

Final Selection for Regular Trail: Once registered, the expert will have access to your basic details along with answers to questions for the trail you registered for. Based on this data and your interaction with the expert on our social media platform (Passion Communities or Tribes), TPT will announce the final participant list for the trail.
Fee Payment: Post announcement each selected participant will be contacted and given a window to pay the participation fee for the trail. Once the same is received, the final list shall be announced on our social media platforms.


Please note that only those selected for the trail will be asked to pay the participation fee. (The detailed itinerary along with the participation fee is shared with the applicant on registering for the Trail).

Yes, you need to pay a participation fee for each trail. After registering for a particular trail, you will receive a detailed itinerary along with participation fee details. Payment option will be available only to the shortlisted candidates.
Once registered, the expert will have access to your basic details along with answers to questions on selected passion. Based on this data, the expert will select and we will announce the final participant list for the trail. Decision of the expert is final and not challengeable.

Once selected you shall be given a timeframe to pay the participation fee for the trail. In case you fail to pay the fee within the stipulated timeframe, your selection shall be considered cancelled.
The itinerary shared gives you only a glimpse of what is in store for you. A detailed, but comprehensive, itinerary shall be made available to you along with your trail participation confirmation. The itinerary is not final and might have possible minor changes.
