The trail started with Hatha yoga at 7:45 am and a morning power breakfast at Natti?s Naturals, Anjuna. The participants then were led by Experience Architect Odette Mascarenhas to a scrumptious Organic Barbeque treat while sailing with Aquasail at Grand Hyatt Goa. The trail culminated with a Feni appreciation session with Jeffery Manuel.
Odette Mascarenhas COO of OnM Creative Consultants is a Management Consultant, TV host, author and critic of culinary preparations. Her stint as the Food & Beverage Manager at the Taj Group of Hotels has helped her define a keen palate towards the nuances of different ingredients used in food preparations.
She has also authored the Times Food Guide of Goa for the last four years. She is well known for her restaurant reviews in the Goa Times and the BBC good food magazine. She is the co founder of the Goan Culinary Club, a non profit venture which strives to preserve the authenticity of Goan cuisine and research long lost recipes of the past with local chefs and restaurateurs.
