It?s time to look within and introspect. Self Discovery Trail promises to answer all your queries. We will take you on a journey to identify your true potential, discover a new "YOU" within yourself. At the end of this trail, all the answers will fit together and form your bigger, beautiful picture.
Here are the list of experiences you'll get to live on the trail
Day 1 (26th September, 2016)
All participants will arrive in Bhopal, travel to Pachmarhi by a luxury coach and check into Hotel. After getting introduced to each other, they will interact with our Experience Architect Gagan Adlakha and other experts and proceed to their first session - 'My Current Reality'.
Day 2 (27th September, 2016)
Participants will start their day with Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation, followed by breakfast. Next up will be sessions on identifying one?s purpose and aspirations and recognizing decision making patterns. The sessions will be accompanied by some outdoor activities that would supplement the learnigns of the day.
Day 3 (28th September, 2016)
The third day will begin with a delicious breakfast, followed by a session on handling conflicts. After a short tea break, the participants will go onto the next two session dealing with their personal stories and conquering their fears. The day will end with outdoor activities and a sumptuous dinner.
Day 4 (29th September, 2016)
The fourth day will see the participants travel from Pachmarhi to Bhopal while watching a motivational film on the way. Upon reaching Bhopal, they will check-in at the hotel, have lunch and relax. The evening will have the participants take part in an interesting game of solving a Murder Mystery.
Day 5 (30th September, 2016)
An early morning session on 'Thought Tagging' would precede breakfast. The next session will be on the concept of Learning patterns and creating plans related to them. After a short tea-break, a culminating session on 'Putting it all together' will be conducted by the experts. The day would end with a gala dinner at the hotel.
Gagan Adlakha is a Transformational Coach and a specialist in the area of people performance with over 25 years of experience. An XLRI 1990 alumnus, Gagan turned an entrepreneur in 2004 with the desire to help enhance people performance across organisations. Gagan has been working on various Coaching, Organisationals Design and Learning & Development assignments focussed on enhancing individual and organisationals performance.
He has designed and delivered solutions for premier organisations and has hands-on experience in accelerating learning curve of new CEOs/ CXOs / leaders such that they are more effective much sooner.
R Venkatesh Iyer graduated from IIM Ahmedabad in 1982 and joined NIIT. He was a core member of the initial team that established the company and made it a force to reckon with for 23 years. Venki has been working on various organisational design, training and coaching assignments focused on individual and organisational performance. He has designed and delivered solutions for premier organisations in the country including Colgate, Pfizer, HUL, PepsiCo, Airtel and IBM. Venki is also an experienced CEO and CXO level coach.
His ability to empathise completely with Senior Management Executives makes it easy for them to gain powerful insights and translate those to successful action and behaviour.
Shubhra Bhattacharya is an XLRI Alumnus (93 Batch) with 21 years of experience working with various companies across industries and geographies. She has been leading various Organisational Design, Coaching and Leadership Development interventions for clients in the Telecom & IT, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, Banking and Healthcare sectors.
Prior to joining Vyaktitva she worked with IKEA and had a very satisfying experience with emphasis on Leadership and Competence development, deep dive into Culture & Values and Change Management.
