Trail Itinerary

Day 1 - Bhubaneswar (10th Feb, 2019)
The trail will be flagged off followed by lunch. After that the participants will be visiting the tribal museum and Kala Bhoomi Museum. Later they visit the Dhauli Shanti Stupa for a light and sound show followed by dinner in the hotel.
Day 2 - Raghurajpur (11th Feb, 2019)
After breakfast in the hotel, participants visit Khandagiri and Udayagiri caves. They later travel to Pipili and have lunch at Jajabara. Then they visit Raghurajpur and Puri. In the evening they relax on the beachside after which they head for dinner.
Day 3 - Konark (12th Feb, 2019)
Visit Lord Jagannath Temple before returning to the hotel to have breakfast. Later they travel to Konark and visit the Interpratation Centre. After having lunch at Lotus Resorts, they travel to Chandrabhaga beach. They have tea at the OTDC wooden restaurant after which they visit the Konark temple for a light and sound show. Finally they travel back to Bhubaneswar.
Day 4 - Ratnagiri (13th Feb, 2019)
After breakfast in the hotel, they travel to Lalitgiri. Following a visit to the museum, they travel to Udayagiri and Ratnagiri. Later, they travel to Bhubaneswar. After shopping at Boyanika, Utkalika and Ekamra Haat, they head for dinner.
Day 5 - Cuttack (14th Feb, 2019)
After breakfast in the hotel, travel to Cuttack and viist Netaji Birthplace Museum, Maritime Museum & Ananda Bhawan, Barabati Fort &Katak Chandi Temple & Qadam-e-Rasool. After having lunch at Pramod Convention, they head out to experience the three categories of filigree crafts, such as Rose work, Siko work and Jari work in making filigree articles. They later travel to Bhubaneswar for the night.
Day 6 - Bhubaneswar (15th Feb, 2019)
There will be a heritage walk on temple trail, a visit to Rajarani temple, Mukteshvara temple, Parashurameshvara temple, Kotitirtheswar temple, Lingaraja temple and Ekamra Vana. After having breakfast in the hotel, the participants head out to fly to their respective destinations.

Our upcoming trail, in association with Odisha Tourism, is a journey to explore the culture, history and legacy of the state. Know The Experience Architect

Navina Jafa

Dr. Navina Jafa, called the ‘Gatekeeper of the Spectacular’ by Financial Times is India’s leading academic, presenter and writer on heritage interpretation & curating heritage walks, tours, talks, and experiences for the last two decades. Awarded the prestigious American Fulbright Scholarship she worked at the Smithsonian Museum, Washington DC and has taught in some leading universities.

Through her illustrious work on Indian heritage, she has had the opportunity to share with world leaders, Nobel laureates, corporate, students and academics from leading world universities the understanding of Indian and South Asian civilisation.

She is the director of the consultancy group Indian Cultural Heritage Research and Vice President of Centre for New Perspectives, a think tank which works on traditional skills of India and Asia through research and livelihood program. Dr. Jafa is also an acclaimed Indian classical dancer and dance scholar.
